Chris Kee was the bass player for The Waybacks and Houston Jones, and the main songwriter for Houston Jones. Jane Selkye, his wife, was the singer and songwriter for Me Jane, a San Francisco band in the 90's, where they met. David Phillips is a Bay Area star pedal steel player who has worked with artists as varied as Tom Waits, Charlie Hunter, and Johny Paycheck, as well as being a featured soloist with the SF Symphony. Chris, Jane and David have played together in various combinations for over 30 years. Chris and Jane moved north from Oakland about 12 years ago, but are back now and Springhouse is raring to go, and we are delighted to have them back!https://thespringhouse.bandcamp.com/
